Study program „Chemical Engineering” studies include typical education of this branch: management and automation of chemical processes, design of production units, computer modelling, chemometry, molecular spectroscopy, crystallography and crystallochemistry, ageing and protection of materials, chemistry and technology of polymer and silicate materials, fuels and lubricants, pharmaceutical compounds and environmental protection.
All International students, if English is not their first language, are required to provide a proof of English language knowledge. The following methods are acceptable:
IELTS – a minimum overall grade of 6.0, Please note that IELTS test score is valid 2 years only and older tests are not accepted;
TOEFL (iBT)- a minimum overall score 75. TOEFL institutional code for Riga Technical University is 8498. Please note that TOEFL iBT test score is valid 2 years only and older tests are not accepted;
Present a letter confirming that previous education was in English;
