About High Performance Computing, MSc, Graduate Diploma - at Trinity College Dublin

The M.Sc. in High Performance Computing provided by the School of Mathematics, Trinity College is a one year (full time) taught degree. it provides practical training in the emerging high performance computing technology sector. It is tied closely to world class research and innovation activities in this area which Trinity College has established. Approximately 15-20 students, drawn from science, financial and engineering backgrounds and with strong mathematical skills, are enrolled each year.

The purpose of the course is to produce graduates who can combine mathematical modeling skills on the one hand and computer programming skills on the other hand to develop, manage, and maintain detailed computer modeling, simulation and decision making systems within business and industry.
