About Professional Doctorate Fine Art (DFA) / Professional Doctorate of Fashion Industry (DFI) / Professional Doctorate of Digital Media (DDM), Doctorate - at Nottingham Trent University (NTU)

This part-time course takes a practical approach, linking work-based problems to personal and professional development. It is research-based and equal to a PhD, but has been designed to meet the needs of those working in the creative professions.

The Professional Doctorate Programme (PDP) offers three degrees in the School of Art & Design. They are:

Doctor of Fashion Industry

Doctor of Fine Art.
